Marketing Brochure
A four-color brochure will be developed with copy and multiple photos emphasizing your property and unique features.
Used for both mailings and perspective buyers, copy will have a description of the home highlights and design as well as price, address, room dimentions and contct name: Sheldon Salnick, Rubloff Residential Properties.
It will also feature both the Rubloff website address and Sheldon Salnick's website address to direct the reader to take a virtual tour of your home.
Broker Open House
To encourage broker attendance, the first Broker's Open includes a catered lunch from a noted restaurant like Charlie Trotter´s.
Open houses continue every five weeks.
Announcement Post Card
Postcards will be sent in targeted mailings to your immediate neighborhood, especially to residents of upscale developments like Tamberlane, Parklane and Embassy Club.
Broker Flyers
Broker flyers will be distributed every 4-6 weeks to more than 1300 individual brokers, both Rubloff and other key realtors in the city.
Full Page & Specialty Advertising
Your home will be included in the Chicago Tribune, the Rubloff full page ad in four-color and Friday´s addition of Chicago Tribune´s "Your Place" section (see exhibit 2) Crain´s and the Wall Street Journal will also be used.
Rubloff Presents - Rubloff will be producing a magazine called Rubloff Presents, and your property will appear in it. This 4 color publication will arrive in March as a "ride-along" with Crain´s Chicago Business and its subscribers
Targeted Direct Mail Advertising
Post Card mailing to the top 150 brokers in the area, compiled from the 2005 Chicago Association of Realtors award ceremonies.

Caravan
Every Thursday the Rubloff office tours all new listings for over 85 brokers in four offices. Your property will be featured on this "caravan" to let other agents know about it
